How do you select Professionals, Contractors and Suppliers?
Every organization that decides to become a member needs to be well established. They should all have the proper licensing and the required state liability and workman compensation insurance. We also run a criminal background check as well as complete screening prior to accepting a membership. They also need to be an expert in their field and have solid references. We qualify and pre-screen every professional that would like to join our network.We have also complied a list of premier and elite professionals in the art of home decoration, design, renovation and remodeling within our network. They have been referred to us by word of mouth, newspaper articles, and special recognitions. Our suppliers are joining us through trade shows, trade journals, internet, referrals and many other associations.
How long does it take to become a member?
Once you complete the membership application, choose a category, select a plan and pay for your plan, it usually takes 3-5 business day for us to verify all your information and set up your account. Then you will receive an email explaining how to activate your account and start receiving Preferred Leadz®. If for any reason you are not qualified to join our network your application will be denied and we will refund 100% of your investment.

It depends on the homeowner’s request, whether they would like Multiple "m" bids (2-3 professionals bid) or if they want an Exclusive "e" bid (Only one professional bids).

How much is my total investment for my company?
Your monthly membership investment is $39.00/month, appointment investment depending on your trade is $19-$49/lead once the lead is dispatched and a 1%-3% (Marketing fee) of total contract price which will be due seven days after you sign a contract with the homeowners. Do I have to invest more for Exclusive "e" bid?
Yes. Exclusive "e" bid = 2 Multiple "m" bids (e = 2m). For example: A homeowner requests a contractor to replace their roof and would like exclusive bidding to get the job done right away. Based on our price chart each roofing lead has a value of $49.00. The member's appointment investment for this job will be: $49.00 x 2 = $98.00 . This member will be the only Exclusive "e" professional that The Homevision® will dispatch the lead to.

What if I just want Exclusive "e" bidding?
It depends on the homeowners request, whether they want Multiple "m" bids (2-3 professionals bid) or Exclusive "e" bids (Only one professional bids). However when our members do receive Exclusive "e" appointments, they are prepared to respond to homeowners request fast, and they have priority and emergency services in place to get the job done right away. When you receive a notification, The Homevision® will inform you if the appointment is "e" (Exclusive bid) or "m" (Multiple bids) so you are prepared ahead of time.

Can I pay after I go to the appointment, and after I know I got the job?
Unfortunately no. The reason is, to be in business first you need to invest in marketing your products and services, furthermore you can never be sure as to what is going to happen next. In order to be consistently successful, we must make ourselves constantly available to our customers. There is no guarantee that everyone can sign a contract or sell a product on every appointment they go to, no one can claim that.

Is there a minimum membership time?
Yes, in order for you to fully benefit and give yourself a chance to recognize the potential of The Homevision® network you are required to try it for a minimum of 90 days. Upon joining the network, there is a $99.00 non refundable activation and account set up fee. You will start receiving leads once your account is active. After the 90 days period, once you decide to stay as a full member you will enroll to a one year membership agreement. However if you decide to cancel before 90 days there will be a $99 early termination fee.

What Information do I receive about the homeowners and how do I receive the leads?
You will receive the leads only through email. Once the lead is dispatched, you will receive complete contact information like Name, Location of the project, Phone number, and Project description as well as if you are bidding "e" Exclusively (one bid) or "m" Multiple (2 or 3 bids). This will give you an idea ahead of time prior to meeting the homeowners what the project is about.

What Information does the homeowner receives about the Pro(s) once the appointment is dispatched?
The homeowners will receive complete contact information like: Company name, Company profile, Contact person name, and Phone number about the pro(s) that are about to contact them before your 1st appointment!. This will allow the homeowners to know more about you before meeting you. Then the homeowners will be waiting and expecting your call to set up an appointment with you. At this point a pro(s) need to move quickly to set up the appointment and cease the opportunity to meet the homeowners.
